- ** Valid** - QLD unarmed Security Licence (with crowd controller), Senior First Aid and Driver’s Licence.
- Highly regarded credentials like Cert IV in Training & Assessment, Security Risk Management, or Frontline Management.
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven expertise in Security Operations.
- A track record of creating comprehensive operational plans and security documentation.
- Proven prowess in leadership, team support, and development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products and managing company systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with eloquent verbal and written communication.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- Proficiency in time management and forward planning.
