This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who is looking to improve their skills and be open to advancement within the Security Industry. Experience in the above roles will be highly desired however the opportunity for new security officers with the correct attitude and willingness are also welcome.

Shifts may occur across all seven (7) days and consist of both day and night shift - Flexibility to working roster is a must.

**The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to**:

- Providing a strong Customer Service Solutions to visitors, contractors & client
- Liaising with Local Law Enforcement
- Operate and monitor the CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Identifying and Responding to incidents impacting public safety and the community
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards
- Responding to emergency situations

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must provide the following**:

- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Flexible with shift patterns and allocations
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
- Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand on a 12-hour shift basis
- Valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
