About the role

MSS Security is seeking a highly motivated and professional Security Officer to join our team at a leading banking precinct in the heart of Brisbane CBD. This is a high-profile role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of staff, clients, and assets within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong and visible security presence throughout the building and surrounding areas.

  • Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to identify and mitigate potential risks.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.

  • Visitors sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys

  • Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, ensuring all relevant information is captured.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding site protocols and professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.

  • Valid Queensland Security Licence.

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.

  • Full Australian working rights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service focus and professional presentation.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
