As we enter an exciting new chapter, we’re seeking an energetic and experienced **Allied Health Operations Manager** to lead a newly created division and play a key role in shaping its success.
**Role Overview**
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at Glow Healthcare. As the **Allied Health Operations Manager**, you will oversee operational processes related to clinician experience, NDIS compliance, and overall operational efficiency. This role is ideal for an experienced allied health professional with a management background who is eager to contribute to a growing organisation with strong career progression pathways across multiple divisions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of clinician experience, ensuring a seamless and supportive environment for our team.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to maintain the highest industry standards.
- Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Oversee service agreements, ensuring they are provided and signed promptly.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of client services.
- Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to attract, interview, hire, and onboard new clinicians.
- Assist with client matching, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Work with the marketing team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support business development initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the team while continuously improving agency processes.
- Manage all referral platforms, matching clients with clinicians based on their qualifications and specific needs.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the NDIS, specialising in the allied health sector.
- Proven experience in an allied health management role with operational oversight.
- Strong understanding of NDIS compliance and service agreements.
- Experience using allied health software.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and drive efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Allied Health qualification or experience supervising clinically (e.g., Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Behaviour Support Practitioner, Psychologist, etc.).
- Previous experience in client matching and recruitment.
