Are you an experienced **Medical or Allied Health Receptionist** who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment? We are seeking a team member with proven experience in a **customer service** role, ideally within a **medical or allied health setting, proficiency in medical terminology**and a **clear understanding of healthcare operations.**

We are a well-established allied health practice seeking a warm, capable, and professional **Receptionist** to support our growing team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists across our **Parramatta** and **Hills District** locations.

**About the Role**
- **Permanent part-time/full-time** - 30 to 38 hours per week
- **Rostered across Monday to Saturday in AM or PM Shifts**:

- **AM shifts**: 7:30am-1:00pm | **PM shifts**: 1:00pm-7:00pm | **SAT shifts**: 7.30am-1:00pm
- Travel required between **Parramatta** and **Hills District** (Driver’s licence essential)

**Key Duties**
- Welcome and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Coordinate and manage appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
- Process payments via **HICAPS**, **Medicare**, and **DVA**:

- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with general admin
- Liaise with GPs, imaging centres, and specialists
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, complete stock takes, and manage supplies
- Support the clinical team as an executive assistant-style receptionist

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience** in a medical or allied health reception role (essential)
- Proficiency in **practice management software** (e.g. Cliniko, SmartSoft, Capable or similar)
- Confident using **Microsoft Office** (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**:

- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management
- Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting
- **Professional presentation**, friendly attitude, and team-first approach
- Must hold a **valid driver’s licence** and be comfortable travelling between locations
