**THE ROLE**

The Manager, Housing Coordination Services will lead a team to coordinate safe and supported housing outcomes for new applicants and current residents across the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) portfolio.

The Manager will ensure processes and policies are developed, implemented, and adhered to, timelines are met, outcomes are monitored, and resources are directed appropriately. To do so, the Manager will forge strong internal and external partnerships to be successful.

As part of the Management and Leadership team, the Manager will help shape and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring operational policies and service delivery models are aligned with best practices to achieve great resident outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to drive change to ensure the department is providing a contemporary and efficient housing coordination service and contribute to a dynamic and resident centred team.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, providing mentorship and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy to deliver on strategic and business planning goals.
- Manage the operations of the Housing Coordination Services team, ensuring alignment with strategic and business planning.
