**Tell me about this role**:
**We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Training Developer to join our team on a permanent basis. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Review and maintain contemporary training needs and requirements for systems
- Produce and maintain training modules and/or content for systems to cmi5 standards
- Work with Learning Management Authorities for review and approval as required for training modules and/or content
- Develop and maintain a training content governance framework for the ongoing management and currency of COSPO-authored training content

***What sort of skills do I need?**
- Australian government and or Defence experience
- Experience with working in sustainment organisations or a similar field.
- Certified SAFe® Practitioner (Desirable)
- Demonstrated working through the entire Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) process.
- Previous experience with Atlassian Jira
