Clever Cow is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis in an office-based role.
You will join a small and friendly Client Services team who provide expert business solutions to construction trade businesses throughout Australia.
We are looking for someone with administration, bookkeeping and/or customer service skills & experience. If you have operational experience with Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks even better
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking and following up on payments
- Processing payroll and management of staff records
- Administration related to health & safety
- Accounts payable processing
- Reconciliation of accounts
**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
