We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our growing team in Reception/Administration. Experience is not required & training will be provided.
**Full-time & part-time opportunities are available.**
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Schedule customer appointments and manage team calendars using a job scheduling system
- Enter work orders into the system
- Basic accounts administration
- Office administration tasks as required
**To be successful in this role**:
- You have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- You enjoy getting things organised
- You have a positive attitude and a willingness to support where needed - no task is too big or small
- You have a confident and clear phone manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
