Cromer, Australia Evergreene Landscape and Construction Full time

Landscape construction company on the Northern Beaches currently looking for an Office Administrator to complete the following tasks:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
- Coordinate project deliverables
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking. Experience with Xero preferred but not required
- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
- Provide administrative support as required for projects including quoting, scheduling and reconciling current jobs
- Perform general bookkeeping and run payroll
- Monitor compliance and insurances
- Opportunity to work flexibly. Looking for around 20-25 hours per week, which can be split up over a number of days as suited. Our office is in Cromer on the Northern Beaches

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
