Our client is a multi-national corporate services organisation, and is now seeking a HR BP to work in a small professional corporate finance client group across Australia and New Zealand. This business has had a strong, steady operation and is still on the path of continuing to grow.

Reporting to the National HR Manager, you will be working autonomously with your client group mostly of corporate financial services professionals across Australia. A smaller client group, so offering a chance to work in a high touch and well-integrated environment, within a boutique consulting environment. This is an autonomous role, so you will be advising on commercial HR strategy at the senior level, but also working operationally too, with shared resources. There isn't much ER or IR as it's a stable, high performing business, so the most part of the role is more around workforce strategy, talent management and organisational coaching and development.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Experience as a broad generalist HR Manager, or HR BP, ideally with a mix of both large and medium-sized enterprises;
- Experience in a commercial corporate, finance, professional, or consulting industry environment;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders up to the executive level;
- Ability to consult on HR and workforce strategy as well as deliver in a hands-on operational capacity as required;
- A consultative style, committed to ensuring goals are achieved on time and with positive results;
- Strong commercial acumen, lateral and analytical thinker, with resilience and attention to detail;
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related disciplines is essential.
