**About Them**
With significant investment in manufacturing infrastructure, this group produces customised architectural grade products for residential, industrial, and commercial settings. An iconic brand trusted by designers and the construction sector, this product range stands alone in its quality, workmanship and high standards. Working closely with the leaders and staff in the various manufacturing settings, this HR Business Partner will support 300 staff across sites in NSW and QLD as well as the Corporate function.

**About the Role**

With a commitment to continued performance, a culture that celebrates innovation and group that places health & well-being of staff central to success, this Business Partner will work in close conjunction with Business Leaders and the GM, HR to ensure relevant and contemporary HR plans, practices and processes are in place. Your remit will include;
- Talent Management, including attraction and retention activities
- HR Policy & Procedure development
- Coaching & conducting people related training with Managers
- Advising on Remuneration & Benefits
- Overseeing Performance Review process
- Provide ER support, from documentation to case management
- EBA/ IR activities including negotiation and on-site support

**About You**

An HR Business Partner will thrive in this role with the ability to flex between the strategic and hands on aspects with ease. Stakeholder management in heavy industry/blue collar or manufacturing settings will be highly valued, along with a sound knowledge of Australian Employment Law. Exposure to unionised environments, leading or supporting an EBA processes will be a must. Qualifications in HR, Business or related disciplines will be relevant.

This group is located in South West Sydney and promotes an inclusive and hybrid working environment of 4 + 1 (Onsite/Home), with an interstate travel requirement to QLD every 2 - 3 months potentially.
