Operating in Port Melbourne for over a decade, B2 Cafe specializes in quality and affordable catering. We are operated by staff with a passion for food and a dedication to providing the best catering for corporate events.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cafe Manager to take on a fulfilling role at B2 Cafe, with opportunities for both personal and professional development. We require an experienced and motivated Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations and train our staff in providing excellent customer service.
Duties
Suggest and implement new menu ideas and product offerings in consultation with the kitchen team
Set and revise menu costs where required according to budget
Maintain excellent cleanliness in the cafe and implement sound food safety standards complying with health regulations
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
Be involved in selecting new staff and the training, development and supervision of those staff
Confidently and professionally greet customers and take orders if required
Handle customer feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
Applicant must have the following:
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma; or
Three (3) years of relevant experience.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
