Join us at HSF Kramer, one of the world’s leading law firms, where our in-house café is more than just a caffeine fix It’s a vibrant hub of connection, community, and quality. We’re on the lookout for a confident, passionate barista to lead our café operations and keep our team fuelled and smiling throughout the day.

This full-time role is based in **central Melbourne**, with hours from **Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm**. That’s rightyour weekends are all yours.

**What you’ll do**
- Running the café day-to-day, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Crafting top-tier coffee and collaborating with our Head Chef to deliver a delicious, balanced food offering.
- Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and building genuine relationships with our regulars.
- Managing POS systems, updating menus, and preparing reports.
- Handling stock, ordering supplies, and processing invoices.
- Keeping documentation, finances, and communications in order.
- Maintaining a spotless café space and ensuring food safety compliance.
- Training team members in coffee skills and supporting the Client Services Manager with admin tasks.
- Pitching in with the Client Services Team when needed, including occasional after-hours support.
- Promoting a safe and respectful workplace by upholding WHS responsibilities.

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven experience as a barista with a passion for great coffee.
- Friendly, engaging communication style and strong interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving ability.
- A drive to continuously improve the café experience.
- Positive energy and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems (or similar software).
