Principal Project Officer

Our Queensland Government client is seeking an experienced **Principal Project Officer** to deliver the Taxi Subsidy Scheme (TSS) Operations Improvement project. This will review, prioritise and implement a range of improvements to the TSS team operations, to deliver on the prioritised recommendations from the TSS process review undertaken by Business Analysts. This will involve engagement and collaboration throughout the project with the Taxi Subsidy Scheme Team and relevant stakeholders.
This is an initial 12-month contract with 2 x 3-month extension options, based in Brisbane's CBD.
**Accountabilities include**:
- Critically analyse TSS CRM system update recommendations and Create business case to secure funding and manage engagement with vendor to implement CRM improvements within scheduled time and budget.
- Consult with other areas to automate data sharing to improve the management of TSS membership
- Collaborate with TMR and Translink stakeholders to review and improve TSS information for customers and industry. Includes online and printed information and all correspondence.
- Support and engage with the TSS team utilising change management principles, effective communication and collaboration.
