**NDIS Support Workers Wanted - Caulfield South (Female Staff Only, Participant Preference)**

We are currently recruiting experienced, confident, and compassionate **female NDIS Support Workers** (as per participant preference) to support a lovely participant based in **Caulfield South**.

**Shift Availability**:

- **Tuesday**: 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM
- **Thursday**: 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM
- **Friday**: 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM
- **Saturday**: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- **Sunday**: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM

**About the Role**:

- Provide **in-home support** (female workers only, per participant preference)
- Assist with **personal care, showering**, and **morning routines**:

- Offer **companionship** and engage in light in-home activities

**Key Requirements**:

- Female Support Worker (participant preference)
- Ability to build **rapport easily**, confident and approachable
- Experience with **personal care and hoist use** (training available)
- Patient, understanding, and able to follow clear care plans
- Willing to attend a **meet and greet** with the participant/family prior to starting
- **ABN registered** or willing to obtain

**Desirable Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience supporting **high-needs participants**:

- Knowledge of **trauma-informed** and **person-centred** approaches
- Reliable, flexible, and punctual

**Essential Criteria (must have or be willing to obtain)**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training Certificate
