**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for Mental Health Disability Support Workers to provide ongoing support to our participant. Our participant requires support Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays 10am-3pm and some Sunday’s. Support requirements include, personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living and independent living skills.

**About you**

As a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated experienced Mental Health Disability Support Worker, you will have a passion to make a difference to the lives of the people you support by providing quality individual supports. You will have experience building strong rapport and implementing support plans, including behaviour support plans and treatment plans.
- Experience working in mental health and disability supports
- Preferable but not essential experiencing supporting people in a forensic setting
- Experience implementing behaviour support plans
- Experience supporting participants to meet their personal goals, with daily living and independent living skills
- Understanding of Autism
- Experience writing accurate and detailed case notes
- First Aid Certificate
- Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
- Legal working rights in Australia
