WHO ARE WE?

We are a data analytics training start-up based in Sydney with one altruistic mission: help people land their first data job.

We all know getting your first tech job in Australia is difficult.

Sydney ranks 17th as the hardest place to get a job. Melbourne ranks 26th.

So, we developed a unique talent incubation program to help those who want to transition to tech roles through data analytics.

We have seen great success so far. Since soft launching in 2021, we have graduated 300+ students.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We've arrived at a juncture where we are ready to take things to the next level. We want to scale without compromising on quality and help more students transition into the world of analytics.

As such, we are looking for an exceptional
Data Analytics Instructor (part-time)
who is passionate about all things data, and has the ability to mentor and guide students.

Do you have a passion for data and a knack for explaining complex concepts?

Are you excited to empower the next generation of data analysts? If so, we want you on our team

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver engaging and informative lectures on a variety of data analytics topics, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement project-based learning experiences, guiding students through the Data Analytics Project Lifecycle.
  • Provide individualized support and mentorship to students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Be a patient and enthusiastic instructor, with a genuine passion for helping others unlock the power of data.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the data analytics field, continuously improving course content.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum.

To be successful you'll have:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a data analyst in a professional setting.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, data visualization tools).
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging, informative, and well-structured training sessions.
  • You are the person that your colleagues naturally gravitate to when they are trying to figure something out
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Passion for data analytics and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
  • Ability to effectively guide students through project-based learning experiences.
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine willingness to help others succeed in the field of data.
