**Your Role as a Team Leader**
- Lead and mentor a team of Claims Consultants, ensuring high performance and growth.
- Manage a portfolio of complex claims, negotiating positive outcomes for clients.
- Assist with claims compliance and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide expert recommendations to benefit the insured and ensure fairness.
- Foster a strong team culture, creating an environment for success and collaboration.
- Advocate for clients, negotiating firmly and professionally with insurers.

- Leadership experience in insurance claims or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for mentoring, training, and developing teams.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
