With rapid expansion and exciting new opportunities, we are looking for an exceptional Team Leader to guide, develop, and drive success within our insurance claims team.

**Your Role as a Team Leader**
- Lead and mentor a team of Claims Consultants, ensuring high performance and growth.
- Manage a portfolio of complex claims, negotiating positive outcomes for clients.
- Assist with claims compliance and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide expert recommendations to benefit the insured and ensure fairness.
- Foster a strong team culture, creating an environment for success and collaboration.
- Advocate for clients, negotiating firmly and professionally with insurers.
