Your part in our Blue Care team
- Proven experience in safe food preparation, storage and delivery, a clear understanding of WHS, be confident in medium-high volume meal preparation - Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent skills from previous experience - Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail - Understanding of Australian food and beverage standards - Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

- Prepare, cook and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements with a strong focus on food safety standards.
- Support senior hospitality staff members with menu design and implementation,
