This certification is a prestigious recognition that demonstrates an organization's commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture No experience in insurance or construction is required as full training will be provided, however we welcome people with experience to also apply. **The successful applicant will be responsible for**: - Managing a portfolio of complex claims using expertise to negotiate a positive outcome for all parties following a period of training and development. - Assisting the operations coordinator in relation to claims compliance - Provide recommendations where appropriate to benefit the Insured - Have the Insured's best interest at heart and be willing to negotiate on behalf of your clients - Be a part of a team where you will have the setting to learn, grow and be challenged. **This is a challenging, varied and rewarding opportunity.
