**About the role and where you will be working**:
The role oversees a team delivering non-clinical Mental Health Recovery Services for individuals aged 18-65 with severe and persistent mental health conditions.
This position holds operational responsibility for recovery services across three residential facilities, community in-reach programs, a Family and Carer program, and Psychosocial NDIS services within the Perth metro area.
The role directly supervises two team leaders, who in turn manage a team of 60 Recovery Partners.
**We’ll also be asking you to:
- **
- Ensure compliance requirements are effectively managed for your team, keeping all documentation current and promptly uploaded to Employee Self Service.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to employees on the importance of following safety protocols, offering opportunities for relevant and up-to-date training and instruction.
- Demonstrate safe behavior and promote continuous improvement by utilizing available resources, providing coaching, and documenting safety outcomes with team members.
- Ensure that both you and your team adhere to National Health Standards for Mental Health Services, LARU Private Hospital Psychiatric Hospital standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and the NDIS Code of Conduct, acting with respect, kindness, and in accordance with the behaviors outlined in these guidelines.
**About you**:
You’re an experienced leader with an in-depth working knowledge of Mental Health Services / NDIS practice standards, quality indicators and national standards.
Developing and mentoring staff comes naturally, and you take great pride in leading by example.
With a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives, you’re ready to step into a new role and lead your team in achieving excellence in service and compliance.
**To be considered for this role, you’ll need**:
- At least 5 years of experience in a mental health or human services environment
- Familiarity with Mental Health or NDIS funding systems
- Strong background in recovery-oriented and person-centered practices
- Proven experience in managing teams across multiple locations
