- Using risk assessment methodologies to identify opportunities for enhancing fraud controls and translating insights into actionable detection measures.
- Reviewing cryptocurrency risk exposure using advanced blockchain analysis tools like Chainalysis.
- Engaging directly with customers through outbound calls and live chat to address suspicious activity on their accounts.
- Collaborating closely with broader financial crime and cyber defence teams to analyse fraud and scams, effectively identifying and reporting risks.
- Staying informed about emerging trends, scams, and changes in the global fraud landscape.

**To ensure success in this role, you should possess**:

- Experience in financial fraud or scam prevention and detection, with a solid understanding of fraud or scam motives, trends, and indicators.
- A knack for thinking creatively and spotting patterns others might miss.
- An agile mindset, ready to adapt and evolve processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology (a bonus, but not essential).
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise confidently with both customers and internal teams.

**Some of our perks and benefits include**:

- Fully stocked kitchen, breakfast and lunch foods, unlimited fresh fruit and snacks.
- An inhouse barista and weekly catered lunches on a Wednesday.
- Unlimited fee-free trading.
- Career growth, training, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Social activities, game breaks and end of month awards.

At Swyftx, we're not just building a diverse and dynamic environment; we're celebrating it. We value and embrace the unique experiences, qualities, and characteristics that each member of our team brings, and we're committed to cultivating an inclusive workspace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to do their best work.
