About the Role?

As a full-time Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Liaising with customers to determine requirements, providing advice and information regarding vehicle types, rates & excess.

2. Negotiating rental terms with customers for long term fleet hire.

3. Responsible for developing the customer base and improving customer service.

4. Handling customer complaints and satisfactorily resolving them without further

escalation.

5. Responsible for tracking the fleet movement among the various locations/branches of the company.

6. Responsible for avoiding overbooking of specific vehicle groups

7. Assisting higher management with delivering the relevant training and development for the staff.

8. Maintaining all relevant business records and preparing the required management

Reports.

9. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety.

10. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the timely maintenance of the vehicles in the fleet.

11. Responsible for monitoring the usage and age of the vehicles in the fleet and providing management with reports recommending the grounding and replacement.

12. Responsible for sourcing and negotiation with car wholesalers to realise the best possible value for the fleet being sold.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with:
