We are on the hunt for a **dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager** to lead our dynamic team and oversee daily operations at our brand-new café. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for hospitality, and is ready to bring energy, structure, and leadership to the floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all **front-of-house** and **back-of-house** operations, including **staff rosters**, **training**, and **performance management**:

- Deliver exceptional **guest experiences**, resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory and place orders to ensure efficient stock levels and mínimal waste
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with **health and safety** regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Drive customer engagement through **promotional strategies** and **local marketing initiatives**:

- Analyse financial performance, sales data, and implement strategies to optimise profitability
- Lead by example, fostering a **positive and motivated team culture**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a **Cafe Manager**, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Strong **barista skills**:

- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Understanding of financials including **budgets, cost control, and wage management**
