**Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager? Do you have strong warehouse space utilisation skills? Would you like to join a friendly and hardworking team?**

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing, family owned and operated powder coating service in Pakenham, Victoria.

**About the Job**:

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods.
- Optimise warehouse space to increase production efficiency.
- Oversee staff and maintain a high standard of packaging.?
- Supervise loading and unloading of all goods.
- Manage warehouse inventory and supplies.

**Key Duties Include**:

- Optimise warehouse space to increase production efficiency.
- Track customer deliveries and pick-ups to efficiently store and move warehouse inventory.
- Oversee pick packing staff to ensure all packaging meets our strict quality standards.
- Ensure all product is secured correctly on transport to prevent damage in transit.
- Maintain warehouse supplies to ensure staff have all required resources.
- Ensure the warehouse is neat, tidy, and organised.
- Assist the team with racking and packing when necessary.
- Maintain OH&S warehouse standards.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Manager or Supervisor role.
- Proven experience in warehouse storage utilisation.
- Forklift License.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to be a team player and work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Physically fit.
- Immunisation accreditation.

**Highly Regarded, but Not Essential**:

- Experience in Powder Coating or Metal Coating.
- Truck License.
- OH&S Training.

Specialty Powdercoating & Sandblasting, located in Melbourne, is a premium commercial powder coating service producing high-quality finishes for the architectural and automotive industry. We are a fast-growing service backed with support from our parent company, Identity Furniture.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pakenham, VIC 3810: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
