Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an Administrative Officer on a Non ongoing contract for 6 months.
**Position Overview**
**Pre-requisites required**:
People who are successful in this position must have the following pre-requisites:
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role, establishing positive relationships with other staff.
- Demonstrated experience in working closely with managers, team leaders and others to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self‐motivated with a high level of initiative, along with excellent organisational and time management skills.
**Major areas of Responsibility**:
- Provide administrative support in records management, procurement, contacts, and finance.
- Stakeholder communication and liaison.
- Preparing and formatting documents and reports.
- Provide secretariat duties for meetings.
- Maintaining and updating databases (including VETtrak).
- Arranges and provides secretariat support for meetings
- Commit to the Agency’s Code of Conduct and Values
