Seeking an outgoing full-time Administration Officer based in Canberra.

**Your new company**
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing general administrative support to staff as required on a full-time basis for an immediate start.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be required to provide high-level admin support to the organisation.

Your main duties will include:

- Maintaining office inventory and records
- Managing/purchasing orders
- Paper management
- Administrative assistance to relevant department personnel as requested (e.g., photocopying, binding, document collation, filing)
- Ensure that the office is maintained to a high and presentable standard
- Opening and distributing mail

**What you'll need to succeed**
As a successful applicant, you will have had a minimum of 2-3 years of administration experience and/or in a similar field, high attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Additional skills will include but not limited to:

- You are a team player, enjoy interacting with older people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SAP experience, invoices, purchase orders, credit card reconciliation
- Travel, Diary, Expense management
- Critical thinking skills and with proven experience in general office support.
- Budget management
- Finance/project costing
- Accounts payable/receivable experience
