We deliver outcome-based programs and inspire kids to fall in love with movement and fitness.Our development programs are designed to improve children's physical literacy, while our specialty programs are designed to focus on specific sports. Our specialty programs include Martial Arts, Ninja Warrior, Dance, Gymnastics, Cheer, Parkour, Boxing, and MFG Fit.

**About the role**:
**The admin assistant **role is focused on successfully achieving the club's operational plan and drive the club's performance outcomes through sales admin and operational management expertise. **The admin assistant is **responsible for providing outcomes to the following areas of the business; membership experience, sales acquisition, administration, and overall business operations, leading to quality member service and providing a premium kids fitness offering and accessing quality of coaching staff.

**Key Responsibilities - **Assisting in creating a club culture that focuses on a quality member experience by leading by example and demonstrating a first-class member service that positively impacts overall member retention in the club.
Providing high-quality sales by ensuring that all prospects are contacted promptly, trials are secured, and converted onto a membership while following the MyFirstGym sales and member onboarding process.
Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new members
Support in coordinating Birthday parties, community events, and in-club events.
Ensure that all parts of the gym meet a high level of cleaning standards to contribute to a positive and safe member experience at all times.

**Skills and experience required**

Experience and passion for working in sales, operations & customer service
First Aid Certificate and CPR.
Strong time management and organizational skills. Have the ability to prioritize
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
Experience in working with kids and families in a fast paced and goal orientated business environment.

**Salary**: $26.73 - $27.79 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SPRINGFIELD, QLD 4300: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
