Your new company
Multiple Customer Service Consultant positions are now available working for a large well-known organisation to commence immediately. You will be working full time hours between 8am and 8pm, Monday - Friday and Saturday 9am to 2pm. You will be working from the organisations Traralgon office and you will be responsible for providing a range of efficient customer services to support both internal and external stakeholders of the business.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers and other stakeholders
- Provide sound advice and information on customer matters
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required

What you’ll need to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use initiative and problem solve
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflict
- Strong ability to navigate and use computer systems effectively
- Ability to show empathy and compassion
- Can work well independently as well as in a team
- Confident and resilient
- Experience within contact centres or finance is highly desirable
