**Group Wellbeing Advisor**
**Part Time Salary (4 days per week)**
**Movie World, Oxenford, Gold Coast**

**About the role**:
The VRTP Wellbeing Officer plays an important role in the delivery of evidence-based wellbeing initiatives. This role supports a comprehensive and integrated approach to the promotion of health and wellbeing for VRTP.

The VRTP Wellbeing Officer will work closely with the Group Psychologist and Group Wellbeing Coordinator to deliver onsite wellness initiatives in accordance with the VRTP Wellbeing strategy

**Duties**:

- Provide dedicated onsite counselling and coaching, crisis support and timely follow up for team members
- Work closely with the park nurses and the VRTP EAP provider to coordinate and offer support and wellbeing checks to team members
- Identify business needs, share wellbeing content and coordinate wellness toolbox sessions to strengthen the VRTP wellbeing culture
- Collate engagement data and prepare quarterly reports

**Skills and Experience**:

- Possesses well-developed oral, written and interpersonal communications skills. Demonstrates computer proficiency including the ability to use rehabilitation management software.
- Counselling and coaching qualifications and experience are mandatory for this role.
- Knowledge and experience in OHS, risk management and change management processes and practices is desirable.
