**The Role**:
In your role as **Project Coordinator**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our multidisciplinary design projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and clients to ensure project deliverables are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be critical in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating smooth communication among team members.

The role involves:

- Coordinating project activities, resources, and information to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Tracking project progress, including monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assisting in the preparation of project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Identifying and addressing project issues and risks, escalating them to the project manager as needed.
- Supporting the project team in resolving day-to-day operational issues.

**Minimum Criteria**:
In order to be considered for the role, applicants are required to meet the following minimum criteria:

- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a working visa
- A relevant qualification from a reputable education organisation (e.g. in Business Administration or Project Management)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project coordination role
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

**Favourable Criteria**:
Applicants with the following experience will be considered favourably:

- Experience working with the product development process
- Experience working in a design consultancy
