**Job Purpose**:
The IT Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of IT systems implementation and projects at Scanlan Theodore through Enterprise Resource Planning. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Department Heads, the position is responsible for the provision of expertise in monitoring, maintaining, improving, and integrating IT systems to increase company operational efficiency and outcome. The role requires providing technical support and training to all retail stores and head office, as well as managing and leading a small team.

**Job Objectives**:

- Ensure operational excellence through leadership, strategy, culture and continuous improvement.
- Lead IT roadmap, ERP and define IT infrastructure strategy and processes. Implement appropriate recommendations and systems to support strategic direction and evolution of IT infrastructure.
- Lead Scanlan Theodore’s IT system projects, including scope, design and deployment. Ensure business initiatives are delivered in line within suitable and agreed timeframes.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop solutions for IT needs to create seamless workflows.
- Design, develop and roll out policies, procedures and compliance documentation that meet legislative requirements and relevant service standards.
- Provide support and guidance to direct reports and ensure successful installation and maintenance of infrastructure and enterprise solutions, inclusive of hardware, software and network components.
- Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving infrastructure.
- Assess and engage with vendors to develop and test strategies for new hardware and software as required.
- Deliver skills development training and create training guidelines that build and support company knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in IT operations across multi-sites.
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to task prioritise.
- An ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Track record of effective technical management, information analysis, implementation, configuration and testing, as well as a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software systems. Including retail POS, desktop, server, network and telephony systems.
- Ability to solution design, architect
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional IT projects and execution of IT infrastructures across various technologies.
- Experience in leveraging digital transformation and e-commerce ecosystem to support business growth is desirable.
- Experience with the following technology: Apparel 21, Shopify, Shippit, Zendesk, Omneo, Lexer and similar is desirable.
- National Police Check and the right to work in Australia.
