An exciting opportunity has been made available for an APS5 Complaints Officer join their team for a 12-month assignment. If you are searching for a role with purpose and the ability to help others, this could be the role for you Applications close Thursday 30th of November.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the EL Assistant Director Complaints, your day-to-day duties will involve:
- Considerable amount of contact with internal and external stakeholders, communicating, providing advice on and resolving complex matters.
- Manage complaints, incidents, assessing, recording, resolving, referring and following up as required.
- Effectively managing a caseload of complaints.
- Communication and service recovery with complaints and their representatives.
- Producing high-quality written communication with a range of audiences.
- Coordinating correspondence, briefing and reporting functions for the Complaints Team.
- Supporting the Complaints Team to resolve day to day operations issues.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong computer literacy.
- Past experience in a similar role.
- The ability to navigate multiple software's such as the Microsoft Suite and CRM systems.
- Able to adapt communication style to a range of audiences.
- Be an Australian Citizen.
- Willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Check.
