**Your new role**

moderately complex to complex enquiries. Day-to-day duties include:

- Researching and drafting responses for complaints, Ministerial and other documents as required.
- Analysing and assessing AAT Applications received by the organisation.
- Managing the requests for medical and functional assessments.
- Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications received by the AAB within strict time frames.
- Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Be an Australian Citizen.
- Have the alibility to obtain a Police Check.
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Legal or similar background is highly desirable.

**What you'll get in return**
- 12-month assignment supported by Hays Recruitment.
- Hourly rate of $55.24 + Super.
- Monday - Friday role
- Hybrid working arrangements negotiable.
