The **Pathology Connect - Test Manager** plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the **LIS solution** by overseeing the Test Strategy and ensuring all components are **thoroughly tested** before Go Live in June 2026. This position is essential in supporting **critical pathology services** within the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct.

**Your new role**:
- Develop, manage, and implement the **Test Strategy** for the Pathology Connect LIS solution.
- Coordinate and align testing activities across the **Pathology Connect project team** and all LIS vendors.
- Ensure compliance with **quality, regulatory, and operational requirements**.
- Lead and inspire **Pathology Advisors** and team members throughout the testing process.
**About You**:
- **Strong Planning & Coordination**: Ability to plan, articulate, and align test activities with all stakeholders.
- **Excellent Communication & Leadership**: Self-starter who can **negotiate, engage, and guide** teams across RMH, Pathology, and vendors.
- **Test Management Expertise**: Passion for** test management and regulatory compliance** across all SDLC phases.
