Wells International College operates a Pearson VUE Authorised Test Centre on campus at level 5/316 Adelaide St, Brisbane City QLD 4000

Pearson VUE Authorised Test Centres are privately owned, third-party testing facilities which provide first class testing for industry certification exams across many professions on-site. These exams require the admission of test takers into the system and the monitoring of test takers during exam sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a high level of customer service and care at all times by all on-site team members to ensure a positive experience on-site for test takers
- Understand the regulatory testing standard operating policies and procedures for every Pearson VUE client and have the capability to adjust approach accordingly
- Ensure all compliance standards relating to the test centre operation and Pearson VUE stringent security protocols are adhered to
- Ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained and that they are supervised to the required standard
- Comply with all case reporting and escalation procedures
- Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures
- Advance ordering of test centre supplies
- Training and supervision to the Test Administration team
- Timely communication to Pearson VUE support teams

**Key Activities**
- Ensure equipment is operational and test stations are in working order to deliver testing.
- Review transmission and error logs in locally operating software to ensure correct functionality (including schedule download and results upload processes)
- Periodic download and review of examinations and test centre schedules
- Liaise with Pearson VUE technical support staff to investigate and resolve technical issues
- Ensure all hours and leave are recorded and authorised within Company guidelines
- Help to ensure a clean, professional, quiet testing atmosphere in the centre
- Ensure concerns are communicated to Pearson VUE and on-site Manager in a timely manner
- Undertake reasonable additional duties to ensure the smooth running of the test centre

**Essential Experience & Qualifications**
- Intermediate experience level in a customer focused environment face-to-face
- High level - interpersonal skills, communication skills
- Ability to deal with conflict and work under pressure

**Desirable Experience & Qualifications**
- Experience in a regulatory testing environment

**Working Arrangements**
- Casual
- A flexible approach to working is essential for this position as opening hours and days will vary according to the volume of tests booked. Usually, normal hours 9am to 6pm.

**Salary**: $27.00 per hour
