Test Administrator

**Pearson VUE offers a great environment to start or grow your career. We are now hiring a Casual Test Administrator to join our team at our 333 Adelaide Street, Brisbane location.**

As a Test Administrator you’ll be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure exam delivery environment
- Complying with all testing procedures and strictly adhering to company policies
- Troubleshooting with internal departments to fix any technical issues
- Escalating any policy breaches immediately to the relevant business personnel
- Performing other ad hoc duties as directed

**To be successful in the position you’ll have**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably, a minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Highly desirable experience in proctoring or invigilating exams
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- The ability to sit for long periods of time and to bend and lift up to 10 kilograms independently
- Comfort in a quiet testing environment, with the ability to hear soft voices and see details from a distance
