
Online Campaign Coordinator

This is a fast paced coordination role which will see you project managing campaigns and a support to manage the e-comm campaign calendar. You will be driving each campaign to meet timelines whilst managing the ideation process to ensure it represents the best practice from an e-comm perspective and user journey, and that agreed objectives are met.
You will be involved in numerous campaigns each year, including high profile campaigns such as Christmas and Bonds Baby Cover, and see you collaborate across a diverse stakeholder group, from Marketing, Graphic Design, UX, Copywriting and IT Development. You need to be a confident stakeholder manager, able to provide recommendations and represent e-comm as the technical SME, and a creative thinker who can brainstorm ideas of how to bring a campaign to life online.
A day in the life..
- Ensuring integrity and timely execution of all campaign activity
- Leading the setting of campaign metrics/measures per campaign
- Co-ordinate campaign meetings, ensuring objectives are met
- Deliver EDM content to support campaign activity
- Review and evaluate consumer behaviour via content
- Collaborate with and lead marketing, digital/creative, user experience and developers to seamlessly, and successfully implement the campaign plan with the most optimal user journey
- Manage and code content for online stores including campaign pages, category landing pages, product pages, navigation and images to support campaign plans
- Code and test EDMs.
**It's a busy role But the team are great**: supportive, collaborative and passionate about what they do.
What experience do I have?
- Current and relevant experience 1-3 years' in a similar role, or an exceptional graduate with relevant intern experience
- Strong project management skills and an ability to prioritise and handle multiple deadlines, stakeholders and brands
- Experience with a CMS (Content Management Systems) is a bonus but not essential
- Experience with building website pages and EDMs using HTML (coding advantageous) is desirable
- Retail/fashion apparel sector experience highly advantageous
- Competent in working across technology platforms
- Use of Google Analytics to derive insights
- Proactive and confident in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships
- A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and an ability to get into the detail where necessary
