**About the Role**

**Position**:Marketing Specialist

**Type**:Permanent full-time

**Salary**:$90,000.00 per annum + superannuation

**Location**:Kew, VIC, 3101

As a Marketing Specialist at Web Choice Online Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:

- Identifying market opportunities to enhance the organisation’s competitive positioning.
- Advising on the development, coordination, and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting the organisation’s goods and services.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Monitoring and optimising campaign performance to achieve business objectives.
- **Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:

- Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic.
- Managing SEM campaigns to maximise return on investment and brand visibility.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analysing marketing data to measure the success of campaigns.
- Providing actionable insights and preparing detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
- **Collaboration and Branding**:

- Working closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective branding across all marketing channels.
- Creating compelling and audience-specific marketing materials that align with the company’s goals and values.
- **Industry Awareness and Innovation**:

- Staying up-to-date with market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of the industry.

**About You**

The following minimum requirements are necessary to be successful in this role:

- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in marketing or a closely related field; or
- At least five years of experience in a similar position.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A creative mindset and a results-oriented approach.
