**About the Role**:
We're seeking a motivated and caring **Team Leader** who thrives in a supportive, hands-on role and brings a balance of warmth, integrity, and assertiveness. This person will play a vital role in ensuring our cleaning team is well-supported, efficient, and successful while upholding our commitment to quality and exceptional client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Support**:

- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to cleaning staff, checking in regularly to ensure they are safe, calm, and have everything they need to succeed.
- Be approachable and dependable, offering a “no-nonsense” attitude combined with warmth and integrity.
- Jump in when needed to assist with cleans, particularly for first-time or special client requests.
- **Quality Control & Client Satisfaction**:

- Check completed cleans to ensure they meet company standards and maintain quality control.
- Deliver constructive feedback and notes to team members to promote engagement and ongoing improvement.
- **Training & Development**:

- Train new and existing staff in best practices, safety, and company standards.
- Offer ideas for workflow improvements, safety enhancements, and overall team efficiency.
- **Operations & Troubleshooting**:

- Handle ad-hoc admin and personal assistant duties, including picking up cleaning supplies, troubleshooting equipment like vacuums, and coordinating schedules.
- Take calls from staff to provide immediate support, resolve issues, and coordinate shifts or tasks as needed.
- **Communication & Integrity**:

- Maintain clear, calm communication and lead by example in integrity and professionalism.
- Document team notes, engagement levels, and provide insights into team morale and productivity to management.

**Who You Are**:

- **Experienced & Skilled**: Prior experience in a cleaning or hospitality role, with a passion for team management and a strong eye for detail.
- **Empathetic & Assertive**: Warm and approachable with an ability to provide honest, constructive feedback.
- **Hands-On & Supportive**: Ready to jump in on cleans when needed and committed to ensuring staff are supported in their day-to-day work.
- **Efficient & Solutions-Oriented**: Quick to identify and solve issues, offering practical ideas to improve workflow and safety.
