CBRE is seeking a motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee ISPT retail assets across Brisbane, flexibly based out of either Brisbane CBD or Mango Hill. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage your own week and schedule, travel to sites as required, and drive operational excellence across a high-performing portfolio.

**Your Impact**
- Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring all hard and soft services run smoothly
- Build strong relationships with tenants and retailers, creating exceptional experiences
- Manage contractors, compliance, budgets, and reporting across multiple sites
