We're on the lookout for a
Junior Designer
with a killer eye for detail, a fresh point of view, and a whole lot of creative energy. This is your chance to jump into a role where your ideas matter and your designs end up in wardrobes across the country.

What's the gig?
You'll be right in the thick of the action – researching trends, picking fabrics, building ranges and bringing bright, expressive ideas to life. You'll support across categories look after expressive and fast-growing collections. BNT is all about attitude, colour and confidence – and we need someone who's not afraid to go big with bold ideas.

You'll be:

  • Dreaming up design concepts with serious colour and print vibes
  • Getting hands-on with fabrics and fit – comfort and style are key
  • Working closely with our passionate product team to make magic happen
  • Helping us stay one step ahead of what our customer actually wants
  • Supporting technical documentation (yep, tech packs included) to help bring every design to life with clarity and precision

We'd love you to have:

  • Experience in a Junior Designer or Design Assistant role
  • CAD and Photoshop skills that are on point
  • A tertiary qualification in lingerie or fashion design
  • The hustle to keep up in a fast-moving, ideas-flying-everywhere kind of environment
