ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for our next superstar to join our brand and be our next Cluster Manager in our Bras n Things NSW team.
This is a full position at 38 hours/week.
Our Cluster Managers are outgoing, caring, compassionate, hardworking and dedicated. They have a passion for creating and fostering teams who can provide Customers' with positive experiences, having their Customers' leave feeling confident, beautiful and wanting to return
DUTIES/EXPERIENCE
- Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
- Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
- The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
- Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
- Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team
- Developing talent pipelines for progression and engaging talent via recruitment process
