E-Commerce Coordinator | Bras N Things | Pyrmont, Sydney
We have an exciting opportunity available for a talented E-Commerce Coordinator to join our fabulous online team
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day product operations across all Bras N Things websites, ensuring product information is up to date and to support in providing a seamless experience for our valued online customer

What's the role?
- Coordination with Marketing, Buying/Design and Planning teams as well as external agencies to collate photography, videography, and product descriptions to successfully upload weekly ranges online
- Data collation from business systems and internal departments on product information and updates
- Maintenance of product online through the product life cycle ensuring that pricing and descriptions are accurately represented
- Drive sales, conversion, margin and inventory turn across all the online channels through online merchandising strategies
- Regular review of inventory levels for featured products on tiles, banners, EDMs and site promotions
- Execution of permanent markdown pricing and movement of ranges applicable to each region (AU, NZ, ZA and US)
- Manage product availability for sale on marketplace channels: Iconic and eBay.
- Monitor and report on the ongoing performance of merchandising test plans
- Work collaboratively with back-end and front-end developers to resolve product related bugs & deliver updates to the website

What experience you can bring to us?
- You will ideally have previous experience working in a similar E-Commerce role
- Ideally experience utilizing CMS systems (Magento2 experience highly desirable)
- Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills - comfortable with V Look Ups & Pivot tables
- You enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment and are renowned for your strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- A passion for the fashion industry and pursing a career in online trading
