**About the Role**

As Rapid7’s Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our APJ Marketing Team, supporting the execution of marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be driving key activities that enable the team to effectively and efficiently promote Rapid7’s leading Cyber Security solutions to end users, and channel partners across the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a dynamic field.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Be a reliable support to the APJ Marketing team, facilitating development and execution of marketing campaigns as per instructions provided.
- Provide administrative support such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and project management, to ensure smooth operation of marketing initiatives.
- Help in creating presentation decks for quarterly business reviews and event and campaign briefings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with key objectives.
- Coordinate collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure there is alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
- Assist with organising, promoting and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows to raise brand awareness and generate interest in Rapid7’s solutions.
- Assist with monitoring and analysing marketing metrics and KPIs to optimise performance and measure effectiveness of campaigns.
- Coordinate localisation of marketing materials for various APJ markets, ensuring alignment with cultural and linguistic nuances.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving marketing systems and processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Manage the APJ merchandise inventory and order management, to ensure effective utilisation and monitoring of ROI off the back of promotional sends.
- Help elevate internal communication of the APJ Marketing plan and activities to support stakeholder visibility, engagement and buy in.
- Support of various Channel Partner activities, including Partner Roadshows and Summits.

The skills you’ll bring include:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the APJ region are a plus.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and Cyber Security, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
- Japanese language skills would be advantageous.
