**About your new job**
- Smash your own sales targets and help set your team succeed in their sales goals.
- To increase sales of products, expand and develop a customer base and reach the targets and goals for the store and the set area
- To maximise the efficiency and utility outcome of the CRM system;
- To report to upper management with periodic sales reports, sales trend analyses and market insight;
- To support the implementation and development of new retail projects

**About You**
- Has a minimum 5 years’ experience in frontline sales or sales management roles with small teams
- Has a driven Personality with a passion for sales, customer service and achieving budgets
- Is able to manage the Showroom floor, interact with staff and customers, create design appointments and future referral, and to meet and exceed KPI expectations
- Can organise and multitask like a pro
- Leads by example and is able to train and mentor their team
- Full working rights in Australia
