Our client - a leader in data and communications - requires an Operations HSEQ Manager to join their practice on a permanent basis (Sydney).

**Main Functions Performed (including, but not limited to)**
- Develop, lead and implement contemporary HSEQ strategies, programs, policies and operational practices to successfully support strategic objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and other key managers to shape and drive the HSEQ strategy to deliver long term profitability, sustainability, and growth.
- Continue to improve the HSE system with a goal of accreditation in the future (AS4801 or equivalent).
- Continue to improve the Quality system with a goal of accreditation in the future (AS9001 or equivalent).
- Manage workplace and site audits in line with agreed schedules.
- Provide statistical analysis and trend reporting to management as required. (LTI’s & MTI’s etc)
- Assist management with the setting of policies in line with WHS requirements and assist in communicating them to all personnel on site and in offices and workshops.
