**About the role**:
Drillman is seeking an enthusiastic, detail orientated Project Support Officer to join our team. The responsibility of the Project Support Officer will be to assist the Project Manager in the delivery of all project outcomes. You will provide administrative, documentation and reporting support along with being responsible for stock receipting, allocating and locating goods/stock for any ongoing project requirements.

Day to day duties will included but are not limited to managing project plans, assisting with stock control, forecasting upcoming roles with the support of the project manager, reading and interpreting engineer drawings to assist in production and to be being responsible for purchase orders and goods receipts.

The Project Support Officer role is a full-time permanent position, working Monday - Friday at our Caboolture facility.

**About you**:
You will be a detail orientated person who enjoys owning and supporting a project from start to finish and have/be able to demonstrate the following:
**Skills, Experience, and qualification**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a project support or project administration role where a similar skill set is required
- Experience within the mining, exploration or manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational/planning, verbal, and written communication skills
- Understanding of CRM systems - experience in Business Central would be advantageous
- Understanding and functional competence in managing and responding to project plans, timelines and gantt chart operations
- Studying or Graduate qualification in Project Management/Administration
