Implementation and Development Manager

HammondCare are actively seeking an experienced Implementation and Development Manager to support Residential Aged Care - to be based at St Leonards on a Full-Time basis.
**About the role**
The Implementation and Development Manager works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare as a key driver in advancing strategic transformation across our residential aged care services. This role works closely with the General Manager, Transformation and Integration, to drive innovation and continuous improvement across Residential Care, including high-quality delivery of implementation to support change initiatives that strengthen service models and improve resident outcomes.
The role will lead key service innovation and performance improvement projects as part of the transformation strategy and works in collaboration with key stakeholders across HammondCare.
**Essance of the role**:
- Lead major transformation initiatives that improve service delivery, quality of care and resident outcomes through effective change and project management.
- Provide strategic support in the commissioning and implementation of key projects related to the design of new services and partnerships, as well as the enhancement of existing residential care services.
- Ensure all initiatives are executed in accordance with best-practice project management principles and are aligned with HammondCare’s broader continuum of care.
- Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact improvement initiatives that meet both operational and regulatory expectations.Support integration across Residential Care by fostering a collaborative culture and leveraging technology to strengthen service models, operational efficiency and improve resident outcomes.
**About You**
- Qualification or proven experience in Project Management or Change Management
- Commitment to HammondCare’s Mission, Motivation, and Mission in Action.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and integration in aged care, health, or similar service industries.
- Strong ability to align strategy with operational execution and drive continuous improvement.
- Expertise in change management, process improvement, and digital transformation.
- Demonstrated success engaging and influencing senior leaders and frontline teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Deep understanding of aged care regulations, quality standards, and workforce dynamics.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects.
- Passion for aged care, with empathy and patience for those we serve.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Willingness to travel between HammondCare sites as required.
